I always used to make excuses about why I would not exercise, Then I was introduced to Fitness Together’s structure and accountability. For eight years I used my thyroid as an excuse for gaining 50 pounds. Through the education of FT’s knowledgeable staff I learned the components of synergy to boost my metabolism and keep my body in a fat burning environment. Then Charlie was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes and he was also lving on unhealthy energy drinks, overweight and had extremely poor blood test results. After being introduced to the Fitness Together staff and unique environment.. It was so obvious the trainers felt personally responsible for our success and we new we could make a life-change. Since August 14th, Charlie has lost 35 pounds, gained 10 pounds of lean muscle, has had normal blood sugar test results, triglycerides have dropped from 651 to normal at 150! His waist size also shrunk from nearly 42” to 35”! I (Denise) have lost 14 pounds and gained 8 pounds of lean muscle! We are convinced this program will work for everyone! Casey says: I’m amazed at the transformation my body has gone through in the past 6 months of following the Fitness Together program. I think I now look much younger than my 38 years and I am definitely stronger physically and mentally. I had little confidence that I would be able to do weight lifting or stick with an exercise program. I’ve wasted more gym memberships and tried more diets in my life than I want to admit. However, I was really unhappy with my appearance and being so out of shape and unhealthy that I decided that I had to do something. With my husband’s encouragement (and commitment to the FT program himself) I went in for my first free session with FT. I was really impressed by the facility, the staff and the positive atmosphere.
