Shaun Hadsall
Owner
Exercise Technologist
Body Transformation Expert

Shaun Hadsall - Personal Trainer in Ann ArborShaun's passion for health & fitness began fresh out of high school at the early age of 19. After participating for years in sports such as basketball, football, and baseball, Shaun began training with weights as a means of replacing sports.

After strength training hard for several years (6 days a week, 2 hours per session) with mediocre results, Shaun eventually reached a plateau. Convinced that “more” was better, it was only natural to train longer and harder thinking it could push him through his plateau.

Frustrated because of his consistent effort to succeed and passion for fitness, he began studying, educating, and researching relentlessly. Then, one day in late 1997 Shaun picked up a magazine and saw "real life" success stories from a before & after contest. Not only were these stories inspiring, they were "life changing." With an intense desire to look, feel and act like these people and being inspired to change his life for custody conflicts over his 6 year old daughter, Shaun immediately entered the contest. With over 200,000 entries and over 20,000 finishers, Shaun was fortunate enough to be 1st Runner-Up in the 1998 EAS “Physique Transformation” (Now "Body for Life") Contest.

After his life changing contest, (Click here to see Shaun’s life changing transformation) Shaun has become a Certified Exercise Technologist and is a Body Transformation Expert, showing people all over the world how to achieve spectacular results with very minimal hours of training time per week.

He has performed his seminar in front of thousands of people. He has also been featured as a spokesperson for supplementation on ESPN, received a 2nd place finishing at the 1999 World Natural Sports Championships, and been featured in Fitness Magazines such as; Real Solutions, Muscle Media, Oxygen Fitness, and the recently released “Maximum Growth” Volume II 8 Week Innovative Muscle Size and Strength Program.

Shaun specializes in showing people that if you can focus less than 5% of your time weekly on the right type of training strategies and practice proper eating habits, that you will look better, feel better, have more energy, and at the same time dramatically improve every other area of your life. Shaun's priorities include God, his relationships with his wife and children, health, and of course helping transform people’s lives mentally and physically through the Fitness Together System. "I know that if we can focus a very small portion of our time weekly on proper training strategies and eating healthy, those disciplines will automatically cause the rewards and focus to be 10 fold everywhere else."

"This contest has taught me the greatest lesson of life; that our circumstances and results in life are shaped by our actions, the decisions and choices we make, not our family, our race, or our upbringing."

Accomplishments Include:

  • 1998 EAS (now "Body for Life") Physique Transformation 1st Runner-Up

  • 1999 World Natural Sports Championships 2nd Place

Karen Hadsall
Owner
Fitness Consumer Advocate

Karen Naurato - Fitness Trainer in Ann ArborKaren's passion for health, fitness, and nutrition began back in high school. She took an interest in sports at an early age participating in basketball, volleyball, and cheerleading. It was through these avenues that her discipline of exercise, nutrition, and supplementations habits carried on into her later years.

Karen is viewed as an expert at coaching and consulting with her friends and family on nutrition, exercise, and especially supplementation. She educated herself early in life that our busy lifestyles sometimes don't allow us to get the quality nutrients we need from food alone and has experienced first hand the advantages of supplementing wisely.

In May of 2007 Karen had the misfortune of being diagnosed with cancer. It was through her knowledge of detoxification and supplementation that allowed her to conquer cancer in a very short period of time. In fact, the normal protocol for radiation and chemotherapy treatments were significantly shortened. Her doctors were amazed after only 10 weeks of holistic nutrition and cancer fighting super-foods and supplements, tests showed no signs of tumor growth and the cancer never even entered her cells. Karen not only maintains a fantastic physique, but looks 10 to 15 years younger than most people her age because of implementing these strategies, even after this life threatening disease.

Karen has been known to wake up consistently for years at 5:00am so she can keep exercise a part of her everyday life before getting her children off to school with healthy food before she starts a long day as a Fitness Together Business Owner along with her husband Shaun.

Leading by example has been a reflection of the accomplishments of her 4 beautiful children Brandon 23, Daniel 20, Alyssa 16, and Jordan 16. They are all active in sports and have found lifestyle nutrition habits by learning from Karen. Her oldest son Brandon plays hockey for the University of Michigan and many of his fellow teammates and friends often look to him for nutritional and exercise guidance. Daniel was just granted a scholarship at the University of Connecticut for college hockey, and he is carrying on the hockey tradition. Alyssa actively excels in academics, plays lacrosse and Jordan over achieves in girls basketball and plays consistently year round.
